The surrounding area of Bucklebury Common is excellent for walking and mountain biking, and the River Kennet and Kennet & Avon Canal are only 1.5 miles. An ideal base for businessmen, being only 1 mile from A4 and the nearest station (for London Paddington) and 5 miles from M4 (J12), giving access to Heathrow Airport in less than an hour (traffic permitting). Within one hour’s drive are Windsor Castle, Blenheim Palace and Highclere Castle. There are many pleasant pubs and restaurants in the area. WiFi access.

TAKE JUNCTION 12 OFF M4 AND TAKE A4 FOR THEALE AND NEWBURY. IF TRAVELLING VIA A34 GO INTO NEWBURY AND TAKE A4 EAST TOWARDS READING. TURN OFF A4 AT WOOLHAMPTON FOLLOWING SIGN TO MIDGHAM GREEN AND BUCKLEBURY. YOU WILL TURN INTO NEW ROAD HILL. CONTINUE ON THIS ROAD FOR APPROX 1 MILE PASSING HUNTS COTTAGE ON LEFT. HOUSE IS FURTHER 400 METRES UP HILL ON LEFT. ENTRANCE IS MARKED BY WHITE BOLLARDS AND THERE IS A SIGN ON FENCE TO RIGHT OF 5 BAR GATE.
